André Beuchat, painter and etcher, is born in Neuchâtel (Switzerland) in 1956.

After the studies in his town, he completed his formation in Rome, Florence and Venice.

In 1980, he worked as ceramist and in 1986, after a stage at the International Grafic School of Venice, he begun an etching activity.

Till now he has realized 400 copper plates, largely printed by himself.
